1. Agreement

By placing an order on RushFlyer.com, you accept these terms. This agreement is between you and Black Asterisk LLC, the company behind Rush Flyer, headquartered at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Creating an account, uploading artwork, or submitting payment constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Our Services

Rush Flyer provides fast-turnaround printing for flyers, postcards, business cards, brochures, door hangers, rack cards, and related marketing materials. Every order is produced to your submitted specifications after you approve a digital proof.

We reserve the right to decline any order containing material we determine to be unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or infringing on the rights of any third party. Declined orders receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars on the respective product pages. Displayed prices cover printing only — shipping costs and any applicable rush surcharges are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Payment is collected in full at the time of order via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method. Once an order is confirmed, the price at checkout is locked regardless of subsequent price changes on the website. Sales tax is applied where required by law based on the shipping destination.

4. Rush Production and Timelines

Production timelines begin after you approve your digital proof — not at the time of order placement. If you place an order at 11 AM but do not approve the proof until 4 PM the following day, the production clock starts at 4 PM that following day.

Same-day production requires proof approval before the posted daily cutoff time. Orders approved after the cutoff enter production the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Turnaround options include same-day, next-day, 2-day, and standard production. Each product page displays available turnaround options and their associated pricing. Rush surcharges apply to expedited timelines and are non-refundable once production begins.

Production time and shipping time are separate. A next-day production order shipped via ground will arrive later than a next-day production order shipped via overnight carrier. Total delivery time equals production time plus transit time.

5. Your Artwork

You supply the print-ready design file. Accepted formats are PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG or PNG. Files must be 300 DPI minimum in CMYK color mode with 0.125-inch bleed on all sides where the design extends to the trim edge. All fonts must be outlined or embedded.

We perform a technical file check on every upload — resolution, bleed, color mode, and trim safety — at no additional charge. We do not review your content for spelling, grammar, accuracy of dates, phone numbers, addresses, or any other factual information. Content accuracy is your responsibility.

Files that fail our technical check delay production. If your file requires corrections, we notify you and the production clock pauses until a compliant file is received and approved. Detailed specifications are available on our File Guidelines page.

6. Proof Approval

Every order includes a digital proof for your review. The proof displays your artwork as it will appear on the finished product, including trim lines and bleed area. Approving the proof confirms that the layout, content, and specifications are correct. You accept full responsibility for the printed result once the proof is approved.

Screen color is a close approximation of the final print but is not an exact match. Variations between monitors, calibration settings, and the printing process itself produce minor differences in color rendition. We calibrate our equipment for consistent output but cannot guarantee screen-to-print color matching.

Production starts immediately upon proof approval. Changes after approval require a new order.

7. On-Time Commitment

We commit to completing production within the turnaround time you selected and paid for. If we fail to complete production within the purchased timeframe due to our error, we refund the rush surcharge for that order.

This commitment applies to production time only. Shipping transit times are controlled by the carrier and are not covered by this guarantee. Delays caused by file issues, late proof approval, payment problems, or events outside our control do not qualify.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states via major carriers. Shipping options and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. You select and pay for your preferred shipping method.

Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession of your package. We are not liable for carrier delays, misdelivery, or damage in transit. If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim but cannot guarantee the outcome.

Address accuracy is your responsibility. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you cannot be redirected or refunded.

9. Returns and Reprints

All orders are custom-produced to your specifications and are not eligible for return due to change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with a design you approved.

Our quality guarantee covers defects in our production — miscuts, smearing, wrong stock, incorrect quantity, or any deviation from the approved proof. Report production defects within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We reprint defective orders at no charge. Full details are on our Returns page.

10. Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for every element in your design — images, logos, fonts, illustrations, text, and any other content. You agree not to submit material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Your files remain your property. We use uploaded artwork solely to produce and fulfill your order. Files are retained for 90 days after order completion for reorder convenience, then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

11. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is illegal under federal or state law, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that promotes violence or discrimination. Orders declined for content reasons receive a full refund. Our determination regarding prohibited content is final.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to missed event dates, lost revenue, cost of substitute printing, marketing campaign losses, or any other business damages.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought — contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Asterisk LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses — including reasonable attorney fees — arising from your use of our services, content you submit for printing, or your violation of these terms.

14. Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a revised effective date. Placing an order after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
