When you pay for rush printing, you expect two things: quality and speed. We guarantee both.

If your prints arrive with a production defect — smudging, misalignment, incorrect stock, color deviation beyond tolerance — we reprint the order at no charge with priority production and free replacement shipping.

If your order does not arrive by the guaranteed delivery date due to a failure on our end, we refund the rush production fee. No claim forms. No runaround. We track every order and know exactly what happened.

What Is Covered

Print quality defects: smudging, streaking, misregistration, inconsistent color, coating defects, or any visible flaw in the printing itself.

Material errors: wrong paper stock, wrong coating, wrong size — anything that does not match what you ordered.

Quantity shortages: if your count is off, we produce the missing pieces at no cost.

Shipping damage: if the carrier bent, crushed, or water-damaged your prints during transit, contact us and we replace the order.

Missed delivery guarantee: if we commit to a delivery date at checkout and your order arrives late due to our production or fulfillment processes, we refund the rush production fee.

What Is Not Covered

Prints are custom-produced from your approved artwork. Typos, wrong dates, incorrect contact information, and design errors in your file are not production defects — they are artwork issues and are not eligible for a free reprint.

Minor color variation between your screen and the printed piece is normal. Screens use RGB light; printing uses CMYK ink. Some shift is inherent in the process. Review your digital proof for the most accurate color preview.

Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery, change-of-mind requests after production, and deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not covered.

How to Report an Issue

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Our team reviews every claim within one business day — usually the same day.

For shipping damage, report within 48 hours and keep the packaging. We handle the carrier claim and replace your order at no cost.

For missed delivery guarantees, we process the rush fee refund automatically based on carrier tracking data. You do not need to file a separate claim.

Resolution Options

When your claim is approved, you choose the resolution:

Reprint with priority production and free shipping. Most rush reprints ship within 2 business days.

Full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Store credit applied immediately to your account for your next order.

If your event is imminent and timing is critical, tell us. We will prioritize your reprint and expedite shipping to get corrected prints to you as fast as possible.
