That is why our guarantee is simple and absolute: if your rush order does not arrive by the delivery date we commit to at checkout, we refund the rush production fee. No claims process. No fine print. No excuses about things we should have anticipated.

We can make this guarantee because we control the variables. We know our press speeds. We know our carrier pickup schedules. We build realistic buffer into every committed delivery date. When we tell you Wednesday, we have already accounted for everything between now and Wednesday.

Rush does not mean expensive. Our rush pricing is competitive with standard-timeline pricing from many general printers. We achieve this because rush production is our standard workflow — we are not adding a rush surcharge on top of a system designed for slow turnaround. Volume discounts apply at every turnaround speed. The same quantity breaks that reduce your per-unit cost on standard orders apply to same-day and next-day production. Large rush orders are not penalized — they are rewarded with the same volume pricing as any other order.
